"As part of the urban infrastructure development program, Dubai plans to build five new multi-story parking lots."
The lots will be built over the next two years to reduce the load on the busiest commercial areas. Construction has already begun in Al Souq Al Kabeer (Bur Dubai), and design is underway in Al Sabhka and Al Rigga. Three more parking lots will appear in Downtown Dubai and Deira.
The CEO of Parkin noted that the new objects will become part of the strategy for smart parking infrastructure and sustainable urban mobility.
To date, Parkin manages 3,651 parking spaces in multi-level objects in key areas, including Oud Metha and Al Rigga, which significantly simplifies accessibility and reduces street congestion.
Implementation of these projects reflects Dubai's desire to continue investing in the comfort of residents and tourists while simultaneously improving the transport infrastructure.
