"Construction of the luxury resort Wynn Al Marjan Island in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah is on schedule."
Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of the developer Marjan, confirmed that the opening is planned for March 2027. According to him, construction is progressing actively, and the massive scale of the upcoming project is already visible today.
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated gaming resort in the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East. The project is being implemented in partnership between Wynn Resorts, RAK Hospitality Holding, and Marjan.
Height of the building will reach 70 floors, 61 of which have already been completed. Investment in construction amounts to 3.9 billion dollars, and the resort itself occupies more than 60 hectares on its own island in the Persian Gulf.
Wynn Al Marjan Island will offer 1,542 luxury rooms, more than 22 restaurants and lounges, as well as extensive areas for recreation and entertainment.
